Every Wednesday at 12 o'clock we have a baseball session. We have been learning all about it. First we learnt how to run around the bases and that we have to put our foot on each base as we run around. The next lesson was in the hall because it was wet. We learnt how to use a glove to catch the ball. Last week we learnt how to bat and we played a game. We really love being out on the field and running around the bases. We have to stand back from the batter and there are cones so we don't get too close.

Yesterday
the Juniors went to see an orange little digger. The digger was little and
orange. The digger had special wheels so the digger won’t get stuck. The little
orange digger had a bucket. There were two buckets. One bucket was for
concrete, the other bucket was for rocks. The digger was made of metal. The

Yesterday
morning Room 6 went to see a little orange digger. It had tracks too. We saw an
engine. It makes it not tip over. We saw a ram cylinder. It was connected to
the bucket so it can scoop some rocks up and some mud and some dirt too.

Yesterday
Room 6 went to the car park to see a digger. It had caterpillar wheels and some
people call them tracks and scoops. It had two controls to go forwards and
backwards. The little orange digger has a dipper to hold the scoop and an
engine counterweight. If you don’t have an engine counterweight and if you
scoop you might tip over. So you need an engine counterweight and it has a cab
to sit in to be safe in the cab. The little orange digger needs a scoop to dig
a hole and the digger has another scoop. The other scoop can hold rocks and
pipes.

Yesterday morning Room 6 went to see an orange digger
in the car park. It had an arm it can bend. It also had a cab so that’s where
the driver sits.
